About Me
I’m Lianne Shakespeare — a coach, mentor, Reiki Master Teacher and energy healer with a passion for supporting people to reclaim their power, their clarity, and their place in the world.
My work blends grounded coaching, intuitive guidance and elemental energy healing to help you reconnect to yourself and create a life that truly fits you.
Where it all began
Social Work was my first real career — specifically Youth Justice — and it played a big part in shaping how I work today.
I loved supporting young people who were overlooked, misunderstood, or written off, and helping them rise above circumstances that were never designed for them to thrive in.
Even though I loved the work, I found myself stuck, wanting to progress into leadership but seeing no clear path. I started working with a Coach and everything shifted. I transformed my perspective, confidence, and direction, and opportunities began to open up, leading me into a management career.
Around this time, I also began receiving Reiki. The sessions led me to a new way of connecting with my intuition, inner guidance, and energy — showing me that there was more for me, even while I was succeeding in my career.
The turning point
I loved my leadership role — supporting others’ growth, promoting wellbeing, and developing ideas and practice. But over time, the pressure of unrealistic expectations, constant crisis-driven responses, lack of genuine support or recognition, and a growing misalignment with my values made it impossible to fully be myself. I also realised I needed more balance in my life and create more of an existence outside of work. All of this led me to step away and create a path that better aligned with who I am and the life I want to live.
Stepping into my own work
I started coaching outside of my organisation, helping people see what was keeping them stuck — bosses, systems, beliefs, conditioning — and supporting them to reclaim their power and make decisions that felt right for them.
At the same time, Reiki opened new doors.
I connected with my intuition, my guides, and the elemental energies that now shape my healing work.
I realised I was meant for something freer — and something really connected to how I truly want to help people.
